Request Adapted Toys

If you would like to request an adapted toy for an organization (clinic, school, etc.) or for your child, please complete the following HuskyADAPT Adapted Toy Request Form. We welcome requests from anyone and will fill them to the best of our ability, funding dependent.

After completing the survey, a HuskyADAPT representative will follow up with you within two weeks.
